arrange to have a remote diagnostics utility installed at your premises,
allowing us to serve you off site, minimising downtime and product loss
in the event of system failure.
During the service period between start up and finalisation of your project, we will prepare a knowledge base containing data specific to your system. All calls made for support, any modifications which have been made, software release control, and any known issues are all recorded so that we can have all known history available to us immediately should you call us for support. This system helps us to maintain our response times during the support process.
